CCW Safe Policy Review (2024)
In March of 2023, Attorney Marc J. Victor reviewed the self-defense policy of CCW Safe. His video review exposed some key restrictions in their contract that would allow CCW Safe to deny coverage if you were impaired by alcohol or drugs or if you used your firearm in a gun free zone. This video attracted over 45K views and apparently caught the attention of CCW Safe because they ironically removed these restrictions in November 2023. CCW Safe then decided to contact Marc via email when they revised their contract to let him know that his policy review was inaccurately representing CCW Safe’s member agreement.
